Risk Assessment Method Statement work

Producing the RAMS is a complex task. It requires competent expertise to produce a compelling method statement that is easily understood by your operatives and get instant approval from your Main contractor.

Generic RAMS often cause more delays than saving time. Your clients can easily identify if a RAMS is generic or custom produced specifically for their project. Moreover, a simple mistake such as referencing a different site or previous client name can cost you your brand's reputation.

Allow me to take care of your RAMS needs. Call or e-mail first, that part costs nothing. I am also teamed up with qualified engineers who are experts in their fields of electrical, mechanical or plumbing and will contribute to producing the technical RAMS for you.

Step 1

Initial Virtual meeting to discuss the scope of work & additional documents required to complete the task.

We will then request a copy of Construction phase plan, site rules, traffic plan, along with any other helpful info such as photos/videos etc.

Step 2

Assessing the Risk of the activity with your team and deciding who may be harmed by it. Depending on what we agree this may take place in person or via a remote link.

Step 3

At this stage, the risk severity will be calculated, and control measures to minimise or to preventing the Hazard will be explored.

Step 4

Once we agree and satisfy over risk mitigation measures, I will put together a comprehensive, easy-to-read document that you can present to your main contractor and have it briefed to your workforce.

Bonus

Limited amendments can be made to a completed RAMS within 30 days of finishing it. So if, for some reason, the main contractor gives the delivered RAMS status C or the sequence of work has changed or you'll simply want the work to be done differently, I'll be happy to alter the RAMS to suit your needs.
